We work with established factory relationships to source items for our customers, and a selection of popular products is already listed on our website. Once an order is placed, the item is shipped to our warehouse, where it goes through a full quality control check before being approved for dispatch.
In most cases, it takes around 10 days for an item to reach our warehouse and complete quality control, although made-to-order items may take longer. Once approved and shipped, delivery to the customer usually takes a further 10 to 15 days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the item and the shipping process.
Our role is not only to make ordering easier, but also to provide an added layer of security. When sourcing directly from China, there can often be significant risk around quality issues and customs-related problems, and it is not always easy to recover funds when something goes wrong. By checking every item before it is sent on to the customer, we help reduce that risk and manage issues where possible before dispatch.
If requested, we can also provide photos of an item before it is shipped. We strongly recommend that this is requested at the time of purchase, as once quality control has been completed, the shipping process may already have begun and it may be too late to raise any concerns before dispatch.
We absorb all customs charges, VAT, and import fees, so the customer does not need to worry about additional import costs beyond the price paid at checkout.
