  • Orders can be placed directly through our website. Please make sure your contact details are entered correctly so we can contact you with any important updates relating to your order.

  • We use your details to contact you about your order, including confirmation, sourcing updates, quality control, shipping, and anything else that may need to be discussed.

  • In most cases, it takes around 10 days for an item to reach our warehouse and complete quality control. Once approved and dispatched, delivery usually takes around 10–15 days.

    Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary. Made-to-order items may take longer.

  • Yes. You will receive an email when your order has been received, another once the item has been sourced and the order with the manufacturer has gone through, and a further update during quality control. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive tracking details.

  • Yes. We can provide images of your item before shipping. We strongly recommend requesting this at the time of purchase. While we may still be able to send images later, if the request is made after we have confirmed quality control is complete, the shipping process may already have started and it may be too late to raise any concerns before dispatch.

  • If we find a problem during quality control, we will raise it with the manufacturer and work to rectify it before the item is shipped.

  • Yes. Every item is checked before being approved for dispatch.

  • When sourcing from China, there is often significant risk around quality issues and customs-related problems, and it can be difficult to recover funds when something goes wrong. Our service adds an extra layer of security by checking items before they are sent onto the customer, managing issues where possible before dispatch, and making the ordering process simpler and more reliable overall.

  • For UK clients, we offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders.

    For international clients, our Managed Delivery Contribution is designed to make delivery as seamless as possible. Where available, this may include secure tracked courier routing, specialist handling, customs documentation, brokerage processing, and prepaid import-related charges.

    In most cases, we aim for your order to be delivered without further payment required on arrival. However, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges are ultimately determined by local authorities and courier partners. If any additional charges are applied directly after dispatch, these remain the responsibility of the client unless we have expressly confirmed a fully landed delivery arrangement in writing before shipment.

  • If an item fails our quality check, we will handle the return or exchange process before it is shipped. However, once an item has passed quality control and has been shipped to the customer, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
